• Refunds will not be accepted for 'change of mind', or for books with personalisation.

• If your item(s) are found to be faulty, please contact us to initiate a return or replacement. 

• For orders that are lost in transit, please contact us to initiate a return or replacement. 

• All requests must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of order.
